                               RESOLUTION NO. 19312
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
                   ADMINISTRATOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL
                   SERVICES TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH LDR
                   INTERNATIONAL, INC., RELATIVE TO THE NORTH
                   SHORE PLANNING PROJECT, FOR A TOTAL CONSID-
                   ERATION OF FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND, SEVEN
                   HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($55,750.00), WITH THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION
                   TO BE TWO-THIRDS OF SAID AMOUNT.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and the Administrator of
       the Department of General Services be and are hereby authorized 
to
       enter into an Agreement with LDR International, Inc., relative to 

       the North Shore Planning Project, for a total consideration of
       $55,750.00, with the City's contribution to be two-thirds of said 

       amount.
